Former Bisons Assistant Coach Herve Vincent was also on hand to support the Herd during their pre-season games in Montreal.
Originally from France, Herve lived in Winnipeg for many years and became deeply involved in basketball development in the province.
He spent six seasons on Coach Kirby Schepp’s staff from 2011–2017 and also played an integral role with the Junior Bisons program, helping to run the club and develop young players.
Herve moved to Montreal in 2018, where he continues to coach and train players.
Despite the distance, his connection to the Bisons remains strong. Over the years, he has continued to work with Bison players during the summer months, including several of the Herd’s newest additions from Montreal this past summer.
It was great to have Herve at the games in Montreal and to see his longstanding connection to the Bison basketball program continue.
