The Herd Heads West for Preseason Training Camp
The Herd is heading west to CFB Shilo from August 31 to September 4 for a five-day preseason training camp designed to build chemistry, develop skills and lay the foundation for the upcoming season.
With six veteran players graduating last season, the Bisons enter the new campaign in a rebuilding phase, welcoming seven new recruits to the Herd.
The camp will provide an important opportunity for the newcomers to get acquainted with their teammates while allowing returning players to step into expanded roles and make a greater impact on the court.
The five-day camp will feature a combination of skill development, intersquad scrimmages, team-building activities, CFB experiences and team meetings.
It will be an important first step for a new-look Herd - five days together to build connections, develop on the court and begin shaping the identity of the 2026-27 Manitoba Bisons!
