Daren Watts – Second-Team All-Star
Congratulations to Daren Watts, who was named a Canada West Second-Team All-Star following an outstanding season.
Daren becomes the 55th different player in program history to earn conference all-star recognition and the ninth different player to do so during Coach Schepp’s tenure as head coach.
“We are very excited for Daren to end off what has been a great five-year career with the Bisons with this All-Star recognition,” said Coach Schepp. “Daren’s consistency, putting on great performances every week, showed this year. He was our most reliable veteran presence both on and off the floor every night. He has narrowly missed being an all-star a few years running, so this is a great way to put a bow on his time as a Bison.”
A steady leader and dependable performer, Daren’s recognition is a fitting tribute to his impact over five seasons in the Brown and Gold.
