Alumni representing several eras of the program gathered in the Herd Hoops Zone and in the reserved seating area behind the Bisons bench, where they enjoyed great conversation, complimentary refreshments, and a thrilling Bison victory.
The evening featured complimentary drinks and pizza, generously sponsored by the Herd Hoops Committee, giving alumni a relaxed space to visit with former teammates and friends while taking in the action on the court.
Following the game, Head Coach Kirby reflected on the significance of the night and the presence of so many former players.
“It was really special to see such a large group of alumni at the game. It had to be our biggest group ever. There were guys representing every era — grads from the early 60s to the 2020s. It was a really special moment, and I’m glad we could get the win for them.”
