The Herd Hoops Committee has adopted a new logo (see above) for the Herd Hoops Club, in step with the University of Manitoba’s refreshed brand.

Bylaws and Elections
Now in its second year, the Committee also approved new Bylaws, which will be posted on its upcoming website, and elected officers:
Chair – Greg Daniels
Vice-Chair – Rick Watts
Secretary – Ross Wedlake
Treasurer – Andrew Stambrook
Ex officio – Kirby Schepp (Head Coach, Men’s Basketball)
Members at Large – Ogo Okwumabua, Wayne Ruff
Purpose
The Herd Hoops Committee connects basketball alumni, supports the current Bisons program, organizes events and reunions, provides mentorship and networking for players, and leads fundraising initiatives such as the Together We Rise Fund Campaign.
Membership
All former players, coaches, team staff, and supporters of the University of Manitoba Men’s Basketball team are automatically members of the Herd Hoops Club. The Herd Hoops Committee serves as the Club’s leadership group.
